Pharmachine India is the oldest tooling manufacturer in India. Since our inception in 1968 we have been focused on supplying high quality Punches & Dies to the pharmaceutical industry. Pharmachine tooling is made to a high level of dimensional accuracy that not only ensures uniform tablets but also reduces machine downtime and increases productivity.

We adhere to international quality norms like IPT / Euro Standards for Punches & Dies. Apart from standard B / D tooling we also manufacture tooling for Stokes, Killian, Hata, Korsch and other special machines. Basis the formulation characteristics, tooling can be supplied is 01, D3, S7, SS440C and other special steel. For typical formulations, special coating like Hard Chrome, CrN and Multi-Layer CrN can also be provided on Punches and Dies.

To aid our customers in Tablet Designing we have developed a special software that helps design a tablet according to weight, shape and embossing requirement. This software takes care of finer points related to Tooling Life and Sticking/Picking problems.
